Presentation Guidelines
Oral Communications
Oral presenters will have 15 minutes, including questions, so we recommend presenting for a maximum of 12 minutes.
Presenters are kindly requested to prepare their presentation accordingly, to ensure the smooth running of the conference programme. The language of the conference is English and no simultaneous translation services will be provided.
Presentation files, in MS PowerPoint format, should be delivered to the Speaker Ready Room – preferably on the day before the Session – and not later than during the morning of the day of the session, to ensure there is sufficient time to check and make any adjustments to the files. Speakers will not be able to use their own computers to present.
Poster Presentations
Poster Requirements
Posters should be mounted on the designated poster board in the poster area at the designated time. The maximum size for posters is size A0 in vertical format (84.1 cm width x 118.9 cm height).
Presenters should bring their printed posters to the Congress venue. No printing service will be provided on site. The Congress staff will provide materials for fixing posters to boards.
Poster Sessions
Poster Session 1: Monday June 24th, 12:45-13:45
Poster Session 2: Tuesday June 25th, 12:45-13:45
Poster Session 3: Wednesday June 26th, 09:00-10:30
Poster mounting and dismounting will take place in the morning and evening, respectively, on the same day of the allocated Poster Session.
