Dear colleagues,

EPHAR2024 will be held in Athens next year from June 23 to 26. This will be the first in person event that EPHAR will be having in eight years. EPHAR conferences are the conferences of our member societies. We, therefore, invite national member societies, as we have done in the past, to contribute to the program of EPHAR2024, by proposing sessions on topics of their interest on all major areas of Pharmacology.

The duration of each session will be up to two hours, with each speaker covering 30min (20-25min presentation and 5-10min Q&A). Member societies proposing sessions should provide a brief rationale (one paragraph) on the importance and timeliness of the topic of the session and include the names of invited speakers and a tentative title for their talk. A minimum number of 3 speakers per session is required. Only one of the invited speakers can be from the country of the member society proposing the session. Alternatively, the national societies could propose a plenary or keynote lecture, or a round table discussion. The member societies are required to contact the proposed speakers and secure their availability for the event.

The deadline to submit the proposals is November 1st, 2023. The proposals should be submitted through the

online portal 

The organizing committee of EPHAR2024 will be reviewing all proposals and will notify the proposing national society about the outcome of their proposal by end October 2023. Proposing societies are required to cover the registration to the conference, economy travel to and from Athens and two nights of accommodation for each of their speakers.
